Benvig Heat Transfer, a leading European manufacturer of industrial heat exchangers and cooling systems, announces the acquisition of the Bronswerk Heat Transfer brand together with its technical and commercial know-how.

Bronswerk Heat Transfer is a renowned Dutch brand with more than a century of history in thermal engineering and thousands of installations worldwide. The acquisition significantly strengthens Benvig’s position as a supplier of advanced heat transfer solutions across international markets.

This step has particular strategic and symbolic importance for Benvig. Between 1999 and 2016, the company operated as the Czech subsidiary of Bronswerk Heat Transfer. The return of the Bronswerk brand to Benvig’s portfolio therefore represents a natural continuation of their shared technical expertise, engineering heritage, and market presence.
