On 13.7.2023, a transaction the subject of which was the sale of 100% of our company's shares, including the daughter company BENVIG HEAT TRANSFER Netherlands, was accomplished by the previous owner, Investment Fund JET Investment, to the possession of the company SPV HEAT TRANSFER a.s., where the shareholders of the company Montáže Přerov a.s. had joined with other smaller investors.

The transaction is a logical step, because the new owners, through their other companies, such as POHL – ocelové konstrukce, s.r.o., or AC ENGINEERING, s.r.o., have supplied us, for a longer period of time, not only installation operations but also steel structures, piping systems, valves and engineering services. This marks a promise that the new owners shall manage to develop strategically our company within their portfolio.

The reason of the transaction is the ending investment horizon of the Fund, so this is the case of a pre-planned sale.
