Parametres of the machine and workpiece

Machine

• Dimensions of the table 2 500 x 2 000 mm, up-stroke of the tool 2 500 mm
• Bearing capacity of the table 20 000 kg/m² (max. 25 t)
• Maximum length of milling in the longitudinal axis 6 000 mm and in the transversal axis 2 800 mm
• Working space X=4 000 mm Y=2 500 mm Z=2 700 mm W= 800 mm a B= 360°
• Output 37 kW and torque 1525 Nm on the spindle with the spindle rpm max. 4000/ min
• The machine is fitted with the probe Renishaw for the precise measuring after the milling operation, even of bulky work-pieces

Work-piece

• Max. dimensions of work-piece 2 500 mm x 2 200 mm or 3 800 mm x 2 500 mm height (for the reason of the possibility of clamping). In other cases, there is a possibility to use the full lenght of the work-piece, i.e. 3 200 x 2 200 mm – individual assessment
• Maximum weight of the work-piece 8 t (subject to the capacity of the crane) in other cases even up to 16 t – individual assessment
• The work-piece can be machined in increments of 1° from 360° if it is technologically possible

Finning

• Max. length of finned tube…..14000 mm, optionally up to 20000 mm (for L, LL).
• Length of bare ends……………..arbitrary.
• Material of fins…………………aluminium, soft carbon steels, copper.
• Material of core tube………….carbon and alloyed steels (austenitic, duplex), alloys Ni, Cu, special alloys.
• Types of fins: I – Fin, G – Fin, L – Fin, LL – Fin.
• Sizes of core tubes: ø19 ÷ ø52 mm.
• Outer diameter over the fins: ø56 ÷ ø82,55 mm.
• Fins per inch: 6,3÷11 /inch.
• Fins per meter: 284 ÷ 432 /m.
